1st Line Support Engineer with French

We are currently looking for 1st Line Support Engineer with French/ French speaking Junior Engineer (100% remote work from polish teritory)
Fluent polish is necccesary in this project!
Role and Responsibilities
• Register, transfer and resolve basic issues related to IT technologies (using ticketing system)
• Perform daily activities (reports, primary checks etc.)
• Communicate with various teams as well as with the customer as a first point of contact
You don't need previous experience! Based on prepared instructions and procedures, each BRIDGE member can learn basic operations from various IT fields - network, databases, applications or systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Polish language (knowledge of the Polish language is essential in this project)
• Good knowledge of French and English (B2)
• Willingness to work on shifts (all: morning, afternoon and night)
• Basic experience in Windows OS and MS Office
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work as a true team player
Nice to have:
• Motivation for self-development
• Problem solving attitude
