PORTWEST, a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for the position of Accounts Receivable Administrator with French to be based in Errenteria, Guipuzcoa (Spain). Portwest is one of the fastest-growing workwear companies in the world currently employing over 5,300 staff worldwide, with customer service staff in over 160 countries. We design, manufacture and distribute market-leading workwear, safety wear and PPE in fully-owned production facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will work as part of a busy credit control team you will play a key role in all functions relating to the team.
Among your duties and responsibilities include:
- Allocation of cash receipts
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Resolving debtor account queries
- Processing new debtor account applications
- Actively liaising and working with customers and sales teams
- General administration
- Ad hoc duties as necessary
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
To become the Accounts Receivable Administrator you will need:
- Degree qualified in Business Studies/Accounting or Accounting Technician qualification
- 1 years + general accounts experience
- French language skills
- Previous accounts receivable experience will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- An eye for detail
