Accounts Receivable Specialist -Process Associate - French - hybrid Manchester

This is an exciting opportunity to work one of the leading companies in the global life sciences industry. We are looking for a French speaking accounts receivable specialist to join an established team in Manchester. In this role you will collect receivables and support the cash flow for the client. One of the key requirements is to highlight challenges proactively to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and resolve challenges in a timely manner. You are a highly motivated person with a can do attitude. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills who thrives in a target driven environment. You will need the ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions for our client. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and have the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business. We offer flexible working (home office / office based).

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect timely payments or help to understand reason for non-payment.
• Maintain dialogue with the client and highlight challenges in a timely manner.
• Identify disputed invoices and help to ensure timely resolution.
• Reconciliation - Ability to analyze and reconcile customers' accounts.
• Support team leader with regular updates and ad-hoc support.
• Support team as required for back up and ad-hoc tasks.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and help to coordinate follow up actions from any challenges raised by the customer.
• Team player - Proactively helping the team and the client to meet the objectives.

Minimum qualifications / requirements
• Fluent English and French
• Excellent MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
• Previous Receivables / customer service experience.
• Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
• Proactive and solution focused.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management.
• Communication skills - ability to communicate at different levels in the company.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
