AGH EU French Speaking Renewals Consultant
Reporting to the European Operations Manager, you will work as part of a high performing Renewals team, providing excellent customer service to AXA Global Healthcare clients on all aspects of our international Private Medical Insurance products and services.
What you can expect from the role
The Direct Renewals Team is responsible for Selling International Private Medical Insurance on behalf of AXA Global Healthcare to individuals. Our Renewals Consultant will retain French Language policies for our business, so the ideal candidate will need to be fluent in French to provide excellent customer service to AXA Global Healthcare customers.
At AXA, we are adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Dublin office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers.
In this role you can expect to work from home three days of the week, and work with your team in the office two days per week. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
What you will be doing:
- Offering the best renewal terms, you will ensure customers' needs are met while achieving your Individual targets
- Negotiating another year's cover on International Private Medical insurance to high-net-worth customers and expats Globally
- Selling in both French and English language as per the customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Your Profile
About you
- Fluency in French and English essential.
- Confidence to act as a champion for a service or process in order to improve it or introduce changes that will be of benefit to the customer. Able to assist with project work and provide data and knowledge where necessary.
- Passionate about working as part of a team responsible for delivering on their promise.
- Accurate and reliable, as well as dependable and accountable.
- Confident, with a pleasant and professional communication style.
- Keen to learn and grow in the role, receptive to feedback when needed.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
