Currently we are looking for a
AP Intern with French
Workplace: Warsaw
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Point of contact for internal & external customer queries and issues
- Works on defined issues where analysis requires review of relevant factors
- Helpdesk for P2P related questions across Purchasing, Accounts
Payable, Vendor Master - Resolve phone and email queries / issues timely while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Able to meet customer expectations within SLA
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor Financial accounting or Business Economics
- Bachelor's degree or last year of college
- Analytics and problem solving experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with frequent change and ambiguity in a matrix organization
- Problem solver
- French B2/C1 level
