Back Office Specialist with French language/ Specjalista ds. Administracji Sprzedaży z językiem francuskim

The Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible for finding the appropriate solution to the customer queries. You will reply to different request from the B2B customer, create / correct invoices. If needed create return for our product, create quality notification to our logistic if our product was damage.
In this position you will work on CRM / ERP.

Your tasks:

  • Solve customer queries as fast as possible.
  • Correct Invoices / create CMR/DMR.
  • Monitor the resolution status.
  • Create quality notification to our logistic.
  • Ensure database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP.
  • Sort out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
  • Be part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken) - min. B2.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar area (2-3 years of experience is preferred).
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Strong focus on details.
  • Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work.
  • Good understanding of complex business processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, however we will be happy to show you how this system works.
