Business Analyst - French - IT (Information Technology) - Bangalore, India
- Refine opportunities & requirements with business / IT partners, Product Owner and the team, to ensure their end-to-end feasibility.
Product design:
- Having a complete product's vision (both back and front end)
- Writing specifications to ensure reports' developments and their automation.
Backlog management:
- Slicing the product into batches, achievable by the Feature team and bringing immediate value-add to sponsors / Business Partners.
- Fill the backlog with correctly and sufficiently described tickets (Description, DOR, DOD, etc.)
- Ensure that the onboarded subjects are understood by everyone
- Maintaining the backlog: Plan the subjects, prepare, categorize the user stories, manage their priorities to have clear, precise, fixed, and achievable objectives for each implementation
Product development:
- Ensuring that projects are delivered in the best possible conditions.
- Responsible for a proper internal and external coordination
- Having a perfect alignment of visions with the Product Owner
- Supporting the developers during the implementation phase and ensuring testing quality at each stage
- Managing relation with business an IT partners (Coordination, synchronization, etc.)
- Monitoring the projects' progress, managing risks, and raising timely alerts
- Creating and updating product documentations (internal testing or banking homologation) to ensure delivered products/ features' alignment with client's expectations
- Providing user support via a dedicated Global users support channel
Profile required
Requirement:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst
- Functional expert, with strong knowledge of end-end business process
- Strong skills in projects coordination and steering
- Understanding and analyzing the data
- Understanding fundamentals of accounting, banking concepts and Data quality
- French language competency level B2 and above
- Tools: SQL, Power BI, Data science and Automation based tools. Why join us
