Client Relationship Manager (French speaker)

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of the clients' strategy, goals, and future demands.

In your first few weeks in this Client Relationship Manager role, you can expect to:
  • Build excellent long-term relationships with existing clients, maintaining regular exchanges with them and advising them on how Apex can support their growth plans
  • Answer clients' questions in a solution-oriented manner
  • Collect regular client feedback and share it with the internal teams as appropriate
  • Manage, monitor and assure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers' needs

To apply for this Client Relationship Manager role, you will need a degree in the relevant field (financial services, business, economics, accounting). You will also require the following:
  • Minimum 6 years' managerial operational experience in either fund, banking or corporate;
  • 5+ years' experience in managing Nordic fund managers with fund ranges in Luxembourg
  • 5+ years' experience in the 3rd Party Manco industry in Luxembourg
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets;
  • Background in customer service is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • Team player and good sense of humour;
  • English and French language skills, German or any Nordic language is an asset;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
