Job Description:
As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients or customers
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner to the clients
- Take appropriate steps to bring any open support cases to resolution in a timely manner
- Provide inputs to the Technical and Product development team based on the history of issues raised to help define user needs
- Provide application and product support to Customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Documenting client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in a ticketing system.
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
- Knowing French is must
- Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, work from home.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is mandatory to resolve client queries on call/mail/ tickets.
