Job Description
As Collections Specialist you will join Philips' Accounting Operations team. On daily basis you will have a chance to manage & organize the collections and dispute management activities according to a clear policy in terms of efficiency (priority setting, to do lists, shared customers, registration & follow up) and effectiveness (minimal overdues and disputes). This function should be performed in close cooperation with the businesses in order to minimize the outstanding receivables. This position supports mainly French market.
Your role:
- Executing the collection process for defined customers
- Detail elements of the team and stakeholders for this role.
- Organizing, supporting and developing cash & collection process
- Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with sectors
- Cooperating with other teams: Credit, Local Market

You're the right fit if:
- you you have 1-2 years of experience in Collections, AR department or Customer Service
- you speak fluently English & French -both written and spoken
- you easily build relationships with business stakeholders
- have analytical mind
