Compliance Monitoring Specialist (French speaker)

We are currently looking for a Junior Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our global Compliance team in Cyprus.

Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
    • B2+ French speaker.


Key Responsibilities:
    • Call monitoring: Ensuring the calls performed by the Company's sales team are based on the Company's procedures and the relevant regulations
    • Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular and thorough reviews of company operations, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and rectify issues
    • Policy and Procedure Review: Assess existing company policies and procedures to verify their alignment with current regulations and best practices. Recommend updates or improvements to maintain a robust compliance framework
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to compliance activities, track trends, and produce insightful reports for senior management. Present findings, recommendations, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making
    • Risk Assessment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks within different business units or processes. Develop risk assessment strategies and work towards implementing effective risk mitigation plans
    • Stay Current with Regulatory Changes: Keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments to ensure that the organization is aware of emerging compliance requirements. Interpret new regulations and determine their impact on company operations.
