Uncovered Entertainment; Building Audience First Brands

Our Entertainment division builds organic channels at scale across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Snap. We have a total audience of 5 million, generating 10 million views every month. We've partnered with over 100 brands across our brands, including our hero channel Caught Snackin' - a youth orientated food channel with 3M followers, releasing our first cookbook in 2023.

Our strategic approach is centered around our Active Reach model, a proprietary term we use with all our partners to ensure content not only reaches the right audiences, but engages them too. Working together with the Uncovered Creative arm, we serve relevant, real world content that delivers increased viewer attention and audience involvement rates, to drive provable brand growth.

Uncovered Creative; Brand Content that people want to watch

The team works directly with the Uncovered Media arm to ensure strategy is woven into the fabric of the creative. From always-on to campaign spikes, Uncovered creative delivers branded content people want to watch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social-first Creative:

Ideate and create visually appealing and engaging assets for TikTok, rooted in trending formats

2. Concept Development:

Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and develop creative formats and concepts for social media campaigns that align with clients' goals.

4. Copywriting

Assist in writing and editing scripts, storyboards and caption copy that complements the visual content and drives engagement.

5. Quality Assurance

Review assets and work with production team to ensure assets are on brief, without mistake and social first before delivery

6. Stay Informed

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging design tools to ensure that our creative work remains innovative and effective.

7. Client Collaboration

Work closely with Accounts team and clients to understand each client's brand identity, goals, and feedback, ensuring creative work aligns with their vision.

8. Project Management

Be a self-starter who can spin multiple plates and manage a varied task list, delivering creative on time and to brief.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent in french. The ideal applicant should possess excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with our French-speaking clients and partners and to create social media content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
