Control & Reporting Assistant Analyst - Master Data (French Speaker)


You are in charge of maintaining the Customer and Pricing databases. You ensure the correct customer invoicing and are responsible for the application of the pricing policy, providing support to the Sales teams, particularly in the different phases of price changes.


  • Maintenance and updating of price and customer databases: Initiate, process and follow up all requests creation, modification and closure of account with the DMO
  • Respond to all internal and external requests related to the customer database
  • Comprehensively populate databases in SAP or forms for DMO to upload to SAP.
  • Guarantee compliance with the "workflow validation" process with the DMO.
  • Control and enter prices, ensure commercial relay for the application and communication of prices to all CBS and Locales FR teams.
  • Control invoicing cycle
  • Validate billing conditions (depending on how the systems operate) in accordance with pricing and promotional policies.
  • Challenge the information provided
  • Collect, control and apply fiscal and parafiscal taxes.
  • Identify and list customer specificities
  • Ensure the correct application of pricing conditions and their consistency.
  • Anticipate and prepare Price increase retro-planning
  • Orchestrate with the DCN, KAM and assistant the sending of price lists for Prices increases
  • Ensure the completeness of pricing elements in the systems (SAP, tracking files)
  • Control system compliance (SAP)
  • Train new employees on BDDs, the DMO system and process
  • Participate in the resolution of Pricing disputes in collaboration with CBS Dispute teams, communicating them all corrections made in the master data so that they can correct invoices.


  • 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar database maintenance position, on SAP system
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
