The role

The MoveON Project Manager will manage implementation projects and online and onsite training and consulting activities for our MoveON clients, mainly universities, which are located in Europe and across the world. Responsible for projects in French and English, this role will oversee communication with clients whose projects are assigned to you, all the way through to completion against clearly established KPIs, helping to onboard clients successfully and supporting their efficient usage of the MoveON product, and to liaise with various internal stakeholders on an ad hoc basis in order to do so.

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage implementation projects in both French and English
  • Deliver online and onsite training for our clients, mainly universities.
  • As part of these projects you will analyse the client's requirements, plan and manage the implementation including the customisation of the system
  • Advise about the ideal implementation of the system in the institution
  • Deliver workshops and training for clients as part of the project either online or on-site and be an active participant in users' community events
  • Be responsible for project planning, project controlling and project risk management
  • Coordinate the technical aspects of the implementation between the client and our internal technical team
  • Liaise with the Account Management and Product Management team, conveying feedback from clients, performing analysis of usage to help the users' community make the most of our software solution

Key skills and experience:

  • Demonstrates excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (C1) and French (C1)
  • Project Management experience with complex, small to mid-size IT projects, and a proven track record working with clearly established KPIs;
  • Adopts a consultative manner, actively listening to and understanding client requests and needs.
  • Prioritizes client satisfaction through effective communication and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring project accuracy and success.
  • Excels as an effective presenter and trainer, conveying complex concepts in a non-technical way.
  • Ensures understanding and buy-in from diverse project stakeholders.
  • Maintains a well-organized approach to project management.
  • Prioritizes tasks and manages time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Displays a self-motivated and independent work ethic.
  • Takes initiative and ownership of project responsibilities.
  • Balances the ability to work independently with strong teamwork and cooperation.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members, fostering a positive working environment.


  • Data management skills, xml and xslt proficiencies desirable
  • Familiarity and understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and API
  • Jira, Zendesk, CRMs (Netsuite etc.) knowledge
  • Ideally you have a certification in PRINCE2, PMP or similar Project Management methodology
  • An understanding of the EdTech industry and the international Higher Education market
