Job DescriptionJoin our team as a CRM Specialist focused on the French market, where you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships and driving engagement within the dynamic landscape of French consumers. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about CRM strategies, possesses a deep understanding of the French consumer behavior, and is committed to delivering personalized and impactful campaigns. As a CRM Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to shape our customer communication strategy and enhance our sales and brand's connection to the French audience.
The responsibility- Utilize your expertise in CRM to collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to design and execute tailored CRM campaigns that resonate with the French audience.
- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies specific to the French market, ensuring that communication is relevant and engaging for different customer groups.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to create compelling email marketing, SMS, and other communication materials for the French audience.
- Implement and optimize automated CRM workflows, ensuring timely and personalized interactions throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer retention, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices within the French market, adapting strategies to leverage new technologies and approaches.
- Collaborate with external partners or agencies, if necessary, to enhance CRM strategies and execution.
QualificationsThe person- A motivated and innovative individual with a passion for CRM and a deep understanding of the French consumer landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools, as well as experience with email marketing platforms and automation. Experience with Emarsys is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from CRM data to refine campaigns and improve customer engagement.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey CRM strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing successful CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with French consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and communication trends that influence CRM strategies.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through CRM initiatives.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French, with proficiency in other European language being an advantage.
