We are currently recruiting for French speakers for Customer Care roles in based in Budapest, Hungary. This is an onsite only role currently. The agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by resolving any issues and concerns in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and efficient customer support and advice via phone, email, and live chat. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions. Investigate and escalate complex customer issues. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and customer interactions in the client CRM system. Resolve customer queries using the relevant tools and systems. Manage end to end all contacts logged, providing regular updates to customers on ticket status. Invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames. Work to achieve individual and team goals. Assist with new hire mentoring. Requirements:
Experience in a Customer facing role. Excellent communication skills in English and French . Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues. Technical skill with Windows OS Platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Location: Budapest, Hungary
Shift: Between 8 AM and 9 PM local time
Contract: Permanent Full time
Must be eligible to work in Hungary.
