Job SummaryAvantor is looking for a dedicated Customer Facing Responsible to optimize our Customer Service team that takes care of any customer related matter including product shipments.
You will have inbound and outbound call with your dedicated portfolio of customers.This role will be a hybrid full-time position based out of our Bucharest, Romania office. You will have the opportunity to work within the supply chain of customers request and goods arrivals. What we're looking for- Education: Bachelor's degree, with 2 -3 years of customer service is required, relevant experience will be desirable
- Experience: International trade / logistics major or related experiences will be desirable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Good customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative and result oriented
- Must be able to communicate in French C1 & English C1 (Verbal and Written)
How you will thrive and create an impactYou will monitor daily operations and incoming matters, managing inbound and outbound customer phone calls and checking material validity and price effectiveness in SAP. In your important position, you will also arranging valid orders to initiate the product shipment. Furthermore, you will be involved in the supply chain to ensure the process and customers requirements. You will also create on time invoices to complete the operations and ensure the profit of the business. You will make the difference in contributing to continuous quality improvements to ensure business compliance. You will be the key factor in taking ownership of customers requirements (internal and external).
