As a Customer Order and Fulfillment Trainee, you will work as a contact point for customers and business partners of the Electrification Business Area in the Southern & Eastern Europe region. You will aid the team by responding and proactively handling customer inquiries.
This position reports to
Your responsibilities Making sure that orders are setup in the system in a compliant way Keeping in touch with clients of the respective region Monitoring the status of orders Coordinating with internal resources to resolve order-related issues Ensuring that inquiries are resolved according to the KPIs and providing assistance in any necessary escalation Establishing trust and a positive customer experience by providing regular updates and clarification Ensuring reliable and accurate documentation of customer enquiries in the customer relationship management tool
Your background Ongoing university studies Able to work 20 hours/week Excellent communication skills in French and English You are accurate and have attention to details and deadlines You know how to handle multiple priorities and solve problems efficiently Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience with any ERPs (SAP, SFDC systems) is a plus
