Customer Service Support with French
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Tier 1 Support
- Omni-channel agent - must be able to support Voice, Chat and email about order issues, product questions, special offers, eligibility, or other information
- Provide customers with complete and accurate resolutions to problems
- Make recommendations and sell products based on the customer needs
- Disposition in GENESYS 100% of contacts before proceeding onto next contact, documenting the reason for the contact
REQUIREMENTS
- Tier 1 support with CS, sales and or previous service experience
- A strong command of spoken, written and listening American English (at least B2)
- A strong command of spoken, written and listening French (at least B2)
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
