Feladatok:

• Handling inquiries from customers via email or from internal parties via email and chat
• Entering standard orders in the system and following up their status if requested by the customer
• Providing information regarding product prices, lead times and availability
• Fostering an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and builds customer relations
