Our Operations team is crucial to the success of our industry-renowned customer service function; this function is vital in enabling our clients to achieve their business goals. As the largest team in our company, operations work across every area of the business in varying roles, from data and product experts to customer service specialists. The team is also responsible for the quality and integrity of the investment data on which our clients rely.
Your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst will include: - Monitoring processing mailbox and keeping a clean desk policy
- Working in an accurate and timely manner, with attention to detail and aptitude for accuracy
- Dealing with processing errors (analytical skills are essential)
- Maintaining good communication with clients and other teams within the company
- Demonstrating a commitment to continuously learning new concepts
- Establishing fresh data deliveries and modifying tool configurations
- Addressing client inquiries necessitates proficient listening, communication, and analytical capabilities
To join us as a Data Analyst you will need the following skills and experience: - You must know English (min. B2) & French or German (min. B1)
- You should have an eye for detail
- You must be able to effectively communicate with fund groups and colleagues in our international offices
- You ought to possess a positive attitude
- You should be keen to learn new skills
- You must have the ability to be on-site during the onboarding process/probation period. After the probation period, we offer a hybrid working model
