Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager - EMEA is a key member of the regional EMEA marketing team responsible for driving and managing demand generation activities within the enterprise market segment. This role involves creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns and programs to increase engagement in our target accounts and generate high-quality leads and opportunities for the enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, enterprise sales cycles, and a proven track record of achieving lead generation and revenue targets in the French, Italian, and Spanish markets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an ABM demand generation strategy for the enterprise market segment, aligning with business goals and objectives in the Southern European markets.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns within the enterprise segment and monitor account progression for each segment. Manage the lead qualification processes to ensure sales readiness and follow-up.
  • Marketing Tools: Utilize marketing automation and ABM tools to manage and optimize engagement metrics along the funnel, lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion processes
  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of demand generation initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, cross-functional marketing teams and external vendors to align marketing efforts and achieve goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage a budget to ensure cost-effective strategies that deliver a strong return on investment.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation in the EMEA region, preferably in the enterprise segment in the French, Italian, or Spanish markets
  • Strong knowledge of ABM marketing and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Demandbase) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and challenges
  • Fluency in English and French are mandatory, further languages such as German, Spanish or Italian are a plus
