Expert Cloud Microsoft 365 & Intune (French speaking)

For one of our clients we are looking for an Expert Cloud Microsoft 365

General conditions:

• Start date: Feb 2, 2026
• Location: hybrid in Charleroi (2d/week onsite - Mondays and Thursdays)
• Duration: 1-2 years
• Contract: B2B via Mind
• Languages: French C2, English B1

Mission Context and Objective:
As a Microsoft 365 & Intune Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Defining new solutions related to Intune and Microsoft 365 products;
- Actively participating in projects related to the M365 team;
- Manage the operational aspects of the Intune and M365 components (handling third-line requests and incidents, enhancements, etc.).
More specifically, expertise and extensive experience are expected to manage endpoints using Modern Management via Intune/Autopilot/Whiteglove in a complex environment of over 7,000 devices and over 3,000 users.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Level 3 cloud system administrator, managing Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc.), is also required.REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Perfect mastery of Microsoft 365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.)
- Mastery of security aspects in a Microsoft Cloud environment (DLP consoles, Defender, PurView, etc.)
- Mastery of Windows 10 and 11
- Mastery of the "Microsoft Office 365 Suite" (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Mastery of Microsoft Intune: Complete management of the platform and not just its use, WhiteGlove and Autopilot management, Compliance policies, Remediation script management, basic knowledge of Intune Packaging, Intune Policies, conditional access
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, GPOs, AAD Connect
- Ability to create complex PowerShell scripts
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Advanced understanding of basic network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Graph.
- PC hardware.
Expertise in IT architecture is a plus.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in an environment with at least 1000 users is also desirable.

Selected general skills

Autonomous, capable of working in a team, and with excellent communication skills.
Strong ability to document solutions.
Good knowledge of mobile technologies (including iOS/Android systems).
Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, GPOs, and Active Directory Connect.
Language requirement: French level C2.
Expertise in M365 products (Exchange, SPO, Teams, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Graph
. Language requirement: English level B1 on the CEFR scale.
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing scripts (PowerShell).
Proven experience of at least 3 years in an environment with at least 1000 users.
ISO 27001 certification.
Expertise in IT architecture.
