We are advertising on behalf of our client, a highly reputable and international business, for an Export Co-ordinator (French Speaking) to join their busy operation in Exeter .
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday
The role: Learn and advise dealers on complete product range, such as brochures for product/technical information and prices. Receive telephone calls from customers and deal with enquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Input telephone and email orders into the system, ensuring customer details and orders are accurate and acknowledgements are sent to customers. Support Sales Representatives by answering queries relating to customer details, orders, displays and product information. Schedule shipments with the warehouse and distribution companies to ensure timely and accurate operations. Resolve customer complaints and ensure communication to the customer is timely, accurate and professionally managed. Log customer issues into CRM system with details of communication. Assist with administration tasks, invoice analysis, scanning and filing.
What are we looking for: Fluent in French and English, written and oral. Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic and motivated to learn new skills. IT illiterate and familiar with MS Office. Ability to extract and input data into computer systems maintaining high attention to detail. A positive attitude and able to maintain good client relations.
