Collections Specialist with French

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the collection's function
• To analyse and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to collections
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the collections process and reducing delinquency rates.
• Ensure the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications
• Masters in French, Bachelors in French
• Any other degree with certification in French
• Diploma in French

YOU MUST HAVE

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good proficiency in French; MA French, BA French, Diploma in French, B1/B2/C1/C2 certified
