Job Description:

  • Should be a French B2 certified
  • Graduate

  • Provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails in French, resolving clients inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve clients issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Complete assigned tasks and meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process updates to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with team leads.

  • Fluency in French at a B2 level, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience in backend operations or clients support roles preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
