French Speaking eCommerse Specialist. In this role, you will be working on innovative digital solutions, advising top-tier clients, and coordinating international projects that shape the future of online business.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering consulting services to clients, focused on analyzing electronic business process needs and translating them into effective solutions.
- Proposing and implementing methodologies and workflows, ensuring optimal utilization of existing standards.
- Coordinating stakeholders involved in designing and deploying eCommerce solutions, including business units, technical experts, and System or Solution Owners.
- Managing all aspects of project communication, including functional updates and escalation handling.
- Producing project documentation in line with client requirements and internal standards.
- Developing training materials for both internal teams and external audiences.
- Creating detailed project plans, issue clear work orders, liaise with internal service providers, and monitor project-related costs.
- Presenting solution concepts and outcomes to the client's IT leadership, facilitate project meetings, and ensure adherence to the agreed scope of services.
- Taking charge of technical issue resolution, time planning, risk coordination, and change management processes.
- Providing support and expert advice for the design, rollout, and enhancement of our service offerings for national and international clients.
- Assessing both technological and financial risks.
- Leading workshops and presentations showcasing the capabilities of the company's eCommerce services and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Preparing presales documentation and materials.
- Contributing to internal improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, functionality, and system stability.
Requirements- 3 years of experience in eCommerce, with solid understanding of digital business processes.
- Fluent in English and French, comfortable working in international environments.
- Skilled in providing technical guidance and advisory support to project teams.
- Familiar with at least one major eCommerce platform.
- Effective collaborator with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical, resilient, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel when needed.
