Head of Sales - French Speaking

Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Sales - French speaking for one of our clients, a financial services organisation based in London. The candidate will be responsible for the strategic commercial plan to maximize sales and optimize profitability, identifying and prospecting new clients as well as managing existing clients relationships.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Deliver an ongoing sales strategy to both build on existing client relationships while also bringing new clients on board.
- Manage and lead a small team, provide mentoring and coaching support to enhance their performance and high standards of client services.

- Build relationships with a portfolio of clients to increase penetration of the market.

- Represent the firm successfully and your team externally and internally.

- Ensure your team operates within the required risk framework and promote a team risk culture.
- Provide guidance across the full range of services and act as a dedicated point of contact for clients.

- Maintain a high level of segment and industry knowledge and share this with your team members.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets to drive profitability and maintain cost efficiency.


- Experience managing a team, including defining business plans while mentoring staff.

- Proven sales management experience and proven ability to develop new and existing client relationships.

- Excellent strategic management experience at senior management level.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills (networking, negotiation, presentation, influencing).

- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
