Bosch Service Solutions Division offers innovative solutions for ""Business Process Outsourcing"" for business processes and complex services. We work all over the world, in over 30 languages and 15 countries. We are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to internal processes Bosch, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.

Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

Job Description

This person will be responsible for all administrative processes related to HR that will include:
  • HR processes administration & HR master data handling;
  • Administrative support for our Bosch internal HR colleagues in France;
  • Create, update and maintain the organizational structure of Bosch in 40 different countries;
  • Work with the HR Team Leader to support the internal onboarding & training process;
  • Maintenance and control of personnel files (digital);
  • Articulate and communicate with internal colleagues for the accurate reporting of information and data.


Qualifications
  • High School graduation or University degree;
  • Fluent in French (C1), English is a plus (B2);
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external colleagues, customers and stakeholder's organizations;
  • Ability to understand the office systems and application of continuous improvement principles;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Discretion and confidentiality is essential;
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

This opportunity is a one year full time paid internship.

The starting date for this internship will be February.
