The role is remote for the UK and you will be working closely with the Head of HR to manage the day to day HR administration as well as working with the wider team to support and assist with their employee experience.
- Process employee life cycle documentation relating to new starters, changes, leavers predominately for UK, France, US and UAE.
- Ensure all ADP Workforce Now and other people related databases are up to date, and accurate.
- Providing a professional first line service to our managers and employees.
- Support line manager in the solution and implementation of any advice, monitoring and tracking progress.
- Ensure documents and data are maintained in line with data privacy laws.
- Attending disciplinary, performance, grievance, and investigation meetings in the capacity of note taker, as required.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives, as required.
- Support the continuous improvement of our processes and services.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, "HR Huddles".
- Continuously develop your HR knowledge as well as commercial awareness.

Location is UK and must be willing to commute to Paddington 2 in every 4 weeks at own cost where required (Hybrid policy in UK).
