HR Operations Specialist with French

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Specialist with French for our HR Operations WSEE team based in Gdynia, Poland.

HR Operations is the first point of HR contact for DNV employees and managers across Europe. The team support colleagues via email and internal systems, but also drives HR processes from on- to offboarding. The team's tasks also include HR administration and system maintenance connected to employment, benefits & compensation management. HR Operations WSEE is responsible for the delivery of high-quality day-to-day HR services to employees and managers within West, South and East Europe.

Work type: Hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing expertise in a broad variety of HR fields. This position will grant you the possibility to support our employees in processes like onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes and many more. In addition to your daily tasks, you will also actively support service development and continuous improvements of HR Operations deliveries.

In your role you will:
  • Answer customers' / employee's questions related to contractual changes, benefits, onboarding and offboarding using our ticketing tool
  • Register and maintain employee master data in the HR system
  • Create and deliver HR documents to employees
  • Cooperate with HR Business Area Managers, HR Advisors and other stakeholders from the West, South and East Europe Region
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal knowledge database
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Work on process improvements of internal procedures

  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous work experience in HR Customer Service/BPO environment
  • Understanding of HR document & data management as well as Personnel File Administration
  • Experience in improving and/or establishing new processes
  • Very good English and French skills are required - written and verbal
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven ability to learn and understand new software/ HR IT systems
  • Positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset and ability to plan and prioritize own workload and work on own initiative
  • Ticketing management system knowledge will be a plus
