Internal Sales Representative with French language (m/f/d)

Our company is a German subsidiary of the US-American Eaton Corporation. Within the Eaton Group, we specialize in the manufacturing of market significant products in the areas of bag and cartridge filter systems, gas/liquid separators, and strainer basket filters. In Europe we are represented by numerous sales, service and production locations. The Nettersheim site is integrated into Eaton Technologies GmbH and employs approximately 115 people, making it the second largest filtration site in Europe.

For our site in Nettersheim (near Cologne/Bonn) we are looking for a full-time permanent employee, to start as soon as possible:

Internal Sales Representative with French language (m/f/d)

What you'll do:

  • Processing of commercial and technical customer inquiries incl. preparation of quotations and quotation follow-up
  • Order processing and organization of goods dispatch
  • Processing of goods returns and credit notes
  • Support of the field service
  • Coordination of complex questions with the specialist departments
  • Supporting colleagues in the team according to language skills


Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification required
  • Professional experience in internal sales or customer service desirable
  • Enthusiasm and interest in technology
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good French and good English language skills, both written and spoken. German language skills would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM systems is desirable
