IT Service Management Consultant

Please see below the description for the IT Service Manager role that is currently open at our client in Brussels:

- The action plan must be developed to achieve the change, including the migration of existing data to the standard process.

- Identify the need for training/information for all users of this process.

Technical context

As part of this mission our client wishes to enlist the services of an IT Service Management (ITIL) consultant with at least the following skills:
- Proven experience in the implementation of ITIL processes and especially in request management
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication at different levels of the organization
- Autonomous
- Flexible
- Business background

Within the DBS department, the Service Transition team is responsible for 5 activities:
Organize the transition from development to production by managing Change & Release processes and deployment activities
Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), grouping all IT assets and the links between them
Manage the needs of internal IT customers (Service Desk and management of in-user devices)
Organize Demand & Problem Management processes
Apply and organize the Test Management process throughout the DBS organization
