We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with French, English and Polish languages. You will be providing IT support to one of the major players in the aerospace/defence sectors in the US and Canada, also supporting other international locations.
You will be working 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, during afternoons and evenings.
Your tasks - Provide technical support for internal and external users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems based on user reports, leveraging expertise and historical data to identify solutions
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists
- Ensure prompt and effective issue resolution while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Log and track support requests using relevant tools, maintaining accurate records
- Offer remote support for VPN users and assist with mobile devices, encrypted USBs, and secure network accounts
- Maintain and update documentation, including technical procedures and processes
- Communicate system alerts and outages to users as needed
Requirements - Good knowledge of Microsoft tools and systems
- Proactive and eager to learn from colleagues
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and Polish
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Residing in Poland required
