About the roleThe main purpose of the role is to drive CASH, On Time In Full and TAG results by managing excellent business partnering with Customers as well as with In-Market Supply Chain, Sales, Commercial Finance Teams and 3PL. The role actualises the "one face to the Customer" approach, drives Customer satisfaction through service excellence and owns cash collection.
The role is expected to schedule and lead regular communications with Customers and Sales to drive customer satisfaction, cash collection, flag and eliminate reoccurring issues. It manages proactive out of stock management, involve Customer to the decision by offering alternatives. The role is also responsible to manage phone orders and Customer initiated order amendments in SAP as well as managing credit risk and giving input to cash forecasting.
The Junior Customer Experience Executive is expected to manage strong relationship with Customers, In-Market Sales, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance and other internal and external stakeholders. The role takes ownership of incoming queries from Customers and actively promotes our internal control agenda.
