Junior procurement Analyst with French - Finance - Bucuresti, Romania

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be assigned on a French network telecom project and you will act as a single point of contact for issues that can occur in invoicing process based on orders approved by the internal Telecom Procurement team.

You should coordinate with the vendors, check supplier invoices, as well as rectify discrepancies before approving/processing invoices, based on the telecom fleet and the follow-up of orders placed/in progress.

Specifically, you will be required to:
  • Invoice management for a specific perimeter and managing databases;
  • Handling client requests on billing anomalies;
  • Investigate and keep a track of slow approvals;
  • Closely collaborate with internal AP team;
  • Undertake manual data entry of invoice data;
  • Ensure complete accuracy of financial data integrated in internal database;
  • Handle payment queries and offer customer satisfaction;
  • Carrying out call meetings with the suppliers & the procurement team from Paris;
  • Controlling all the data related to orders, invoices, payments accuracy;
  • Optimization, analyses and improvement of the dedicated Telecom services database (MDSL).


Profile required

  • Basic knowledge of Procure to Pay workflow;
  • Know-how of basic accounting practices and legalities;
  • Solid understanding of the invoicing process and what a professional invoice should include;
  • Ability to coordinate with internal departments;
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Previous experience in a similar project represents a plus;
  • You have advanced French and English skills
