What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of previous experience in management consulting, human capital consulting, talent acquisition, business development or entrepreneurship required
• Track record of successfully leading projects that resulted in an impact on outcomes for client accounts
• Full fluency in both English and French
• You must be authorised to work in Germany on a full-time basis.
