Detailed Job description:
  • Ability to monitor the infrastructure alerts and take action to resolve the events
  • Escalate to business as needed
  • Perform Health checks to ensure the start & end of business hours
  • To have knowledge on IT infrastructure able to bridge calls to the business incase of known incidents
  • Ability to work in shifts 24 x 7
  • Sound knowledge & hands on experience on WIN & Unix L1 skill
  • Practical knowledge on Mssql/POSTGRE L1/L2
  • Ability to communicate to users over telephone / e-mail communication in French & English
  • Have knowledge on handling ITSM services such as Service now , Jump , HP ITSM added advantage
  • Ability to multitask on different process & schedulers like Ctrl-m , Autosys
  • Perform risk reviews of the environment and raise new risks where/when applicable
  • Should have atleast beginner level in python added advantage
  • Practical knowledge on DR / Infra weekend activities


Profile required

  • Candidates with good communication & analytical skills
  • French language mandatory with good written and oral skills , B1 / B2 certified in French lang
  • Excellent knowledge on IT Infrastructure
  • Practical knowledge on windows/Unix
  • Good knowledge in Monitoring infrastructure
  • Rotational Shift 24 x 7 support erstanding of ITIL concepts in Operations (Incident,Change,Prob)
  • Rotational Shift 24 x 7 support
  • UNX / WIN - L1 skill or MSSQL / Postgres L1 skill
  • Strong understanding of Event Management (Monitoring tools) in Infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills - French mandatory
  • Able to handle Incident crisis calls
