Ideally, you will have the following:

Education: Relevant scientific degrees such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary or Dentistry (or) A Life Science degree
Fluent in German or French
Capacity to efficiently work with IT systems or Computers
Attention to detail
Service oriented, empathic and patient individual
Ability to maintain a positive and professional manners in difficult situations
