Our Great Opportunity
We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations Engineer with Proficiency in French and English. This role requires the coordination, support, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
Be the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers.
Be responsible for opening trouble tickets, initiation of the critical issue of incidents, and receiving orders requests from the customer in various types of applications.
Be in charge of alarm monitoring in IT/Telecom networks.
Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail)
To be successful in the role you must have:
A powerful desire to learn about telecommunication networks;
Proficiency in French and English;
Perseverance, initiative, self-confidence, and practical spirit.
Shift work required
Looking for candidates who are comfortable with 80% office and 20% from home.
