Order Management Administrative (French speaker)

Order Management Administrative - French language required

This is an entry-level role within the EMEA Sales Operations organization focusing on order management.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Perform order evaluation, entry and management (Order Management & Service Contract) in CRM and ERP.
  • Responsible for acknowledging customers with order receipts and scheduled ship dates.
  • Interface with Tier 2 support team for resolution with other departments or groups in the organization to meet customer needs
  • Clear understanding of customer contracts and quotes related to terms, special instructions, revenue recognition for processing of orders
  • Follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform payment in advance process
  • Compile documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Once contract award and review is done by Tier2 - Tier 1 responsible to set up price list in Oracle
  • Customer master update - Payment terms, Freights terms, price list etc.
  • Find way to utilize red flag for accounts with penalties
  • Pre-Billing acceptance - Closure


Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in French language.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and an ERP software (Oracle).
  • This position requires a minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Thorough and accurate, as well as quick and responsive person, who is able to keep deadlines while manages several accounts
