Our new colleague will be responsible for accurate end to end resolution of post-sales customer requests and for execution of the warranty product/customer complaint/dispute process in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
  • Ensures the resolution of post-sales customer requests/complaints/disputes (e.g., damage, shortage, technical, warranty, non-conformity, commercial returns, etc.) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Feeder Factory Quality, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Provides appropriate solution for customer claims, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the complaints and/or disputes and ensures containment actions, returns, credits and debits are processed.
  • Collects and archives documentation regarding the requests/claims/disputes within the target timeline and ensures all outcome actions are recorded and closed in the systems in scope of responsibility.
  • Analyzes trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement.
  • Manage clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.
  • Liaisons with customers in case of inexecutable request dates/quantities to ensure on time deliverability according to customer needs.
  • Monitors and escalates cases and repetitive discrepancies as needed.

Your background

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent French, English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • It is valuable to have experience with SAP and Salesforce case management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
  • Communication skills with customers
  • Structured to organize work / prioritize tasks
