Payroll Senior Specialist with French

Your responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Calculating and inputting data related to employee hours, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related information.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
  • Verifying and updating employee information, including tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions.
  • Generating and distributing payroll reports as needed.
  • Preparing payroll-related documentation and reports for audits.
  • Providing assistance and support to employees with payroll-related questions or concerns.
  • Working closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in payroll processes.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Acting as a backup to other team members.
  • Staying updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Additionally, the role may involve handling Other Duties as assigned

Our requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3 years minimum of relevant payroll experience in a medium-large organization with relevant Bachelors Degree, or 5-7 years experience without any advanced degree
  • Exceptional communication, organization, customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills required
  • Experience in a high volume, high intensity position is required with the ability to meet critical processing deadlines
  • Must be adaptable to changing priorities and be extremely well organized
  • Extreme care and attention to detail is expected
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
  • Must be fluent in English and French with C1 or C2 proficiency
  • Must be knowledgeable and possess experience on French payroll regulations to be supported
