Overall role:
  • You support our client's products executed in Agile; accompany them in the definition of value and risks.
  • You will monitor our client's processes, guarantee their smooth running and report progress plans for the client's product portfolio.
  • You ensure the link between the product roadmap and the load entry at our client in order to guarantee the best constitution of the product teams on time.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • You guarantee the administration and support of our client's agile products.
  • You define the product monitoring measures (KPIs) in line with the needs, you communicate them to the various actors and ensure that they are followed.
  • You support governance committees in their decision-making and point out risks.
  • You are responsible for the planning of the various client's governance committees.
  • You are the single point of contact for the status of the product portfolio, for the various interlocutors of the company.

Global skills:
  • You support the products during their life cycle and give an overall view of their progress.
  • Your job will involve analytical (verification of information), planning and reporting skills by interacting directly with the product teams and asking them the right questions.

Mission details:
  • You ensure the framing of our client's agile products.
  • You will support IT products and ensure the implementation of client's methodologies.
  • You will lead the monitoring, reporting and progress of the client's product portfolio in partnership with the client's IT Department.
  • You plan the client's governance meetings: you ensure the preparation of the agenda, the assembly of documents and the sending of reports.
  • You build the action plans and ensure their progress.
  • You build the dashboards to support strategic decisions in the various client's governance committees in partnership with the client's IT Department.
  • You will be part of the client's Workload Entry team and as such you will interact frequently with: The Businesses, Finance/Management Control and IS/IT PMO of the client's IT Department and the client's managers.
  • You are responsible for collecting the governance improvement points, their implementation and their effectiveness in the products.
