Quotes Executive Responsible - French speaker
Avantor Avantor is looking for a dedicated and innovative Quotes Executive Responsible French Speaker to work in the Bids and Quotes department that is responsible to communicate well with both internal and external customers and meet commitments and deadlines.
You will have the opportunity support the Bids and Quotes across Europe. If you are experienced in technical craftmanship and working closely with people - Let's connect and talk, you just need to apply. Please use an English resume.
You will work Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:00 , this can be flexible. You will be on a hybrid working arrangement, working flexibly between the home and office.

Avantor's It Key Operations team is part of 12 amazing individuals that specialists in the outstanding customers service across Europe.
What we're looking for
- 2-4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years applicable work experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sales, customer service and business skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player is very important.
- Ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers and meet commitments and deadlines as this is part of everyday activity in Bids and Quotes.
How you will thrive and create an impact
- Reviews, prepares, & processes Incoming Bids & Contracts.
- Finds the items required. Cross reference using automation or manually. But finds the items matching specifications (equal or offer).
- Load the items into the system including coding your pricing model.
- Reconciles the pricing and units of measure (qtys) for final document presentation (final or last check).
- Records daily bid activities.
- Provides reciprocal, on-going backup support and assistance to customer service department in multiple capacities.
- Maintains and updates customer database.
- Performs other duties as required. With your great communication skills, you will cooperate with many important parties. Most importantly you will play an active role in contract management, quotation follow up and customer communication to support the company's success.
