Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Be the central point of contact for an existing book of clients and partners (mainly French) in terms of servicing and insurance advice (suitability assessment upon future transactions on the policy).
  • Engage in general query handling and problem solving relating to this existing book of distribution partners and clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding and pragmatic approach as how to serve this book of partners and clients, both short term and long term.
  • Participate in the development of a strategy and execution to roll-out our digital platform Connect to these clients and distribution partners for the purpose of creating operational leverage and a better overall customer.
  • Close collaboration with supporting functions for the purpose of following up on the execution of capital and non-capital transactions.
  • Provide status and progress reporting to management in terms of transaction/query handling volume, key trends and issues, etc.

Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Relationship Manager?

  • Outspoken customer centric attitude with a clear drive to service excellence towards policy holders and distribution partners. You should be very comfortable in engaging with partners and clients.
  • General good commercial acumen and front facing experience.
  • Experience in Insurance, Banking and/or Wealth Planning is considered a key advantage for the execution and development of the role. You either are or will have to be approved as insurance agent by the Commissariat aux Assurances - Luxembourg.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Self-motivated and hands-on with the ability to work in a non-hierarchical team setting.
  • Strong team player.
