What you'll do:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Concur Services

Location: Prague, Nove Butovice (Metronom building)

Expected start date: October 1st

As part of the Concur Services team, you will be able to work on tasks and tickets with the aim to deliver and enable Products & Services to our customers in the EMEA North region.

You will:
  • learn about our products and our tools that we use in these interactions.
  • monitor and assign the clients requests to the appropriate internal resources.
  • be directly involved in the daily activities and responsibilities of the team and perform yourself client-facing tasks as a member of the team would.


The focus will be to learn about our processes and they way we work and collaborate.

What you bring:

Meet your team:

We are group of 20 multicultural individuals with more than 9 different nationalities. Last year, we onboarded from our Prague office customers located on different markets such as France, Nordics, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, South Africa and provided them excellence in customer service delivery.

We also love gathering and spend time together for team breakfasts, barbecues on our roof top terrace, by participating to sportive activities like the Spartan race, attending activities organized by our "Team connection" or simply catch up around a few beers after work on Fridays!
