Senior Business Analyst with Advanced French

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Advanced French to join our Business Analysis and Product Management Discipline.

This position offers a hybrid model, with occasional working from the office.

What Youll Do
  • Elicitation of requirements by applying a suitable technique
  • Definition of business goals, needs, and objectives when needed and ensuring that features are aligned with them
  • Analysis of a current state (As-Is) as well as impact analysis (To-Be) and gaps identification
  • Development of various types of requirements (user, functional, non-functional, system) based on business needs and documenting them (i.e., Epics, Use Cases, User Stories)
  • Understanding project scope using analysis techniques like functional decomposition
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, building trust and keeping them involved, i.e., SMEs or Development Team
  • Onsite visits to customer location and activities facilitation during the Discovery phase
  • Product Backlog management
  • Taking on the Scrum Master or Product Owner role, if needed, to enable team capabilities
  • Conducting Technical Interviews for BA positions
  • Mentoring and coaching other BAs in the organization
  • Advising and aligning requirements prioritization approach

What You Have
  • At least 3 years of relevant BA experience
  • French and English at least B2. Ability to support any communication channels with customers and write high-quality texts
  • Must have experience in Azure Cloud Migration or similar cloud technology projects OR experience in collection requirements in accounting, invoicing, posting balances to general ledger is required: (AP, AR, Billing, Ideally including 'Duty')
  • Experience in creating and organizing different types of requirements (ex. trace functional and business requirements)
  • Experience in guiding elicitation activities and presenting results. Ability to identify, communicate and resolve inconsistencies in project requirements
  • Experience in working as a BA in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or classic ones (e.g., Waterfall)
  • Ability to plan Business Analysis Approach on the project and facilitate related activities
  • Ability to create/adapt a set of requirements templates to be used in the project
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops with project stakeholders
  • Ability to acquire new information about the project and domain quickly from different sources
  • Experience in creating advanced diagrams, modeling organization, and system specifics (UML, BPMN)
  • Ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence/enhance it
  • Experience in managing the scope of requirements within the project (scope creep, change management, prioritization, risks)
  • Ability to support solution testing/UAT
  • General knowledge about UX/UI and the ability to support designing activities (ex. check design alignment with requirements, creating wireframes)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
  • Ability to coach/mentor other BAs and delegate tasks
  • Ability to take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project from a BA perspective
  • Experience in effective communication with team members and stakeholders in a complex environment (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed)
  • Experience in effective use of multiple estimations approaches as well as facilitating requirements estimation process at each stage of the project
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Ability to arrange and conduct demo session

Nice to have
  • Engineering or computer science education background
  • Knowledge of relative DB concepts, and experience in retrieving data from DB using SQL queries
  • Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certificates
  • Knowledge of any scaled Agile methodologies
