Senior Buyer with French, Bucharest/Timisoara

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing and acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO);
  • Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts) expedites;
  • Manage exceptional transactions;
  • SLA & overall deliverables management;
  • Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;
  • Maximizing usage of both group and local contracts;
  • Assisting to generate savings;
  • Optimization of stock.


What will you bring?
  • Good English language skills, written and conversational;
  • Good French language skills, written and conversational;
  • BPO Experience of 3 year minimum in Procurement operations;
  • Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);
  • Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.
At least one of these 3 experiences to be previously gained:
  • Exposure to procurement operations in Communication/Events category mainly;
  • Exposure to procurement operations in Industrial Goods - Chemicals/Packaging/gas categories;
  • Exposure to procurement operations in Industrial Services - Project Engineering/Contractual Services.
