About The Role This is brilliant opportunity is made for a highly ambitious, tech savvy individual who has a knack for deciphering human sentiment and possesses a passion for unveiling the intricacies of thoughts, emotions, and actions.
You will get to work on-site at our biggest client's HQ integrating with a very knowledgeable team who will be at hand to provide guidance, brainstorm ideas and help teach new concepts. Our client is a renowned FMCG manufacturer with a wide range of well-known daily used consumer products and famous for their best-in-class award-winning marketing. In this role you will act as an extension of their global market research team providing top-notch research for their portfolio of multiple billion-dollar food and refreshments brands.
RequirementsAs a Consultant/Storyteller your key responsibilities will include:
- Interrogating briefs and leading on methodology development
- Handling vast volumes of data and translating it into compelling trends and actionable insights
- Identifying trends and themes in consumer attitudes, perceptions and behaviours for well-known food and refreshments brands
- Shaping, leading, and managing final deliverables for multiple projects from end-to-end
- Collaborating with the client team to develop visually appealing and succinct reports
- Presenting and clearly articulating the analysis and findings to key stakeholders within the business
- Ensuring quality in the deliverables to meet the required standard for data quality, reliability, and accuracy
- Leading, motivating and developing a small team of Analysts to create a positive environment and a high performing team
- Acting as a mentor and beacon of quality across the team for all deliverables/outputs
- Reviewing, providing feedback, and ensuring quality control of the outputs created by the Analysts
- Supporting and guiding Analysts on larger projects, delegating tasks and trouble-shooting where necessary
- Being attentive and thorough when onboarding new joiners on tools, methodologies and ways of working
- Keeping up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytic

Requirements - Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytics role working across social listening and consumer insights projects
- Executives to create a positive environment which leads to a high performing team.
- Fluent in English, verbal & written
- Strong grasp of SQL, Boolean (or similar data language)
- Experience using industry standard research tools or insight gathering methodologies such as Brandwatch, Google AdWords Keyword Planner
- An expert storyteller with an ability to transform data into insightful narratives
- Strong analytical skills: working with large data sets, data modelling, data preparation, and data visualisation
- Sound commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities, and an awareness of the potential applications of insights
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time, to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools for analysis, presentation and visualisation in a shared working environment (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to proactively support, mentor and train fellow Analysts
Desirable - Familiarity with French or German context and culture through work, studies or living abroad (if not native to those countries)
